Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing method. The word Reiki meaning ‘Universal life energy’. The term ‘Rei’ means universal, and ‘Ki” is the vital life force energy that flows through all beings.
During a treatment, the practitioner holds their hands on or just above the client, allowing the energy to begin flowing to where it is needed.
A reiki session helps the body to come back into balance allowing the body to heal on a mental, physical, spiritual and emotional level. It helps release stress and emotions, remove energetic blockages and promotes relaxation.
This energy healing is completely safe for everyone including children and animals.

Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic approach to energy healing. Through muscle monitoring it aims to find imbalances within the body, whether it is physical, chemical, emotional or a combination of these. By working with the sub-conscience mind to the conscience mind, clients then have the knowledge to move forward with better choices that may help bring balance back into their own lives. Then with some gentle techniques I aim to help remove these stresses/blockages within the body, get the energy flowing and allow the body a chance to begin healing.

Access Bars
Otherwise known as ‘Access Consciousness’
The bars are 32 points of the head where you have stored all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, considerations, emotions and attitudes that stops you from creating the life you love. When having your bars run, it is like hitting delete button on the computer removing any conditioning that no longer serves us.
